Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker
Location: Doncaster
Department: Integrated Discharge Team
Rate: 32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Integrated Discharge Team based in Doncaster.
What will your responsibilities be
For this role were seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience in adult social care specializing in Mental Capacity Assessments care package setup and support planning. You should have a proven ability to identify areas of need and risk of harm ensuring appropriate safeguarding practices are in place. Strong commitment to promoting the wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults through effective care coordination and support.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have a degree in Social Work and registration with Social Care Wales. Proven experience in child protection or a related field is essential. You should have a strong understanding of child protection legislation and best practices along with excellent communication assessment and decisionmaking skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage a complex caseload is crucial. Additionally you should be committed to continuous professional development.
