Job Description

  • Independent development and of sales & marketing plan in India
  • Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels Junction Boxes Power & Distribution systems Signaling Devices and Lighting to customers in Oil & Gas Refineries Energy & Petrochemical industries
  • Must have existing contacts with end users System Integrators & EPC
  • Focus on Order Intake Sales Revenue Key Account Management
  • New business development
  • Development & tracking of growth initiatives
  • Explore crossselling opportunities (within BU as well as across the BUs) Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
  • Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India
  • Planning & of the marketing plan (roadshows/fairs / .
  • Keep watch on various activities from the competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
  • Identification of various projects in the oil & gas refineries petrochemical and energy sectors and getting involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 1215 years of Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels Junction Boxes Power & Distribution systems Signaling Devices Lightingetc
  • Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas Refineries Energy & Petrochemical industries
  • Must have existing contacts with end users System Integrators & EPC organizations / Consultants related to the abovementioned industries.
  • Must have knowledge of explosionprotection techniques & basics.

  • Selfdriven & selfmotivated Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
  • Experienced and skilled negotiator.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment in building and maintaining relationships.
