Role Summary
As a Regional Manager in Training you will gain handson experience in multiproperty management financial oversight tenant satisfaction and team leadership. This role is ideal for Property Managers seeking to broaden their impact and advance into regional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Support daily operations across multiple properties including leasing maintenance coordination and ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Property Tours & Tenant Relations: Conduct property tours to monitor conditions engage with tenants and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with onsite Property Managers to drive operational success and promote a highperformance customercentric culture.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting financial tracking and strategic planning to optimize profitability.
- Tenant & Lease Management: Support leasing processes manage occupancy strategies and facilitate lease negotiations to maintain strong occupancy rates.
- Compliance & Inspections: Conduct property inspections under senior guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 5 years of Property Management experience with a proven track record in tenant relations leasing and property operations.
- Growth Mindset: Ambitious selfmotivated individual looking to step into a Regional Manager role and make a broader impact.
- Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency in Yardi and Rent Caf strong communication and organizational skills.
- Availability: Weekends and extended hours as needed.
