Job Description

Lone Star Bakery Inc. is looking for a Machine Operator to work the 2pm12am shift.This shift pays a differential.

Job Duties

  • Performs routine inspection of machines and equipment and ensures that they are sanitary and in proper working condition.
  • Operates shrinkwrap machine and changes film when necessary.
  • Records film usage for traceability.
  • Lubricates bearings on equipment when needed.
  • Notifies supervisor of any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
  • Complies with GMPand Company safety standards.
  • Adheres to Lock Out / Tag Out.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have general knowledge of equipment operations.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Ability to read write and speak English.
  • Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking stooping and bending functions as required.
  • Ability to work at steady and continuous pace and to keep up with manufacturing production.
