Job Description
Lone Star Bakery Inc. is looking for a Machine Operator to work the 2pm12am shift.This shift pays a differential.
Job Duties
- Performs routine inspection of machines and equipment and ensures that they are sanitary and in proper working condition.
- Operates shrinkwrap machine and changes film when necessary.
- Records film usage for traceability.
- Lubricates bearings on equipment when needed.
- Notifies supervisor of any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Complies with GMPand Company safety standards.
- Adheres to Lock Out / Tag Out.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have general knowledge of equipment operations.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to read write and speak English.
- Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking stooping and bending functions as required.
- Ability to work at steady and continuous pace and to keep up with manufacturing production.
