Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) enables customers of all sizes to run their applications on Amazons industryleading cloud platform. We are looking for a motivated handson selfstarter with excellent analytical skills who is passionate about leveraging data to measure every area of the business and influence decision making to join the AGS Europe Central Sales Strategy and Operations Team.

The Europe Central Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst will act as a trusted advisor to AGS Europe Central sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to establish implement and achieve our key business objectives. This includes overseeing sales operations executing growth initiatives managing annual planning in collaboration with the Europe Central operations and be responsible for sales reporting analytics goal tracking and driving Rhythm of Business such as Business/Pipeline reviews forecasting. Additionally you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiencies across the Europe Central Sales Team.

The successful candidate is expected to collaborate effectively with internal customers and crossfunctional data teams to solve problems implement scalable mechanism install appropriate levels of structure and control dive deep where necessary and deliver against high standards. This individual will be detailoriented analytical with excellent problemsolving skills and must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and nontechnical business units as well as across other geographies.

This is an individual contributor role.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with the AGS Europe Central leadership in building the sales strategy goals and mechanisms
Lead the Rhythm of Business for CEE/Europe Central have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the Europe Central Sales Leadership Team
Develop a robust strategy and operational governance model to audit the business and execute on strategic initiaitives
Develop scalable business mechanisms and tools to simplify standardize and drive operational excellence and improve sales efficiency
Establish relationships and processes with sales partner finance HR sales operations and other stakeholders drive alignment across the organization and focused towards a shared unified ambition
Assist Sales Managers in forecasting pipeline management and deal reviews
Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science or related field
78 years of experience in Finance Sales Strategy planning and Operations Business Development or other related fields.
Proven experience with managing operations and business
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate results into business insights with actionable deliverables messages and presentations
Exhibits sound business judgment and strategic thinking
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of taking ownership leading datadriven analyses and influencing results
Selfstarter with an ability to learn new tools quickly
Advanced Excel skills
Handson experience of Salesforce and compensation tools e.g. Varicent
Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English




Preferred qualifications
Experience working within a highgrowth technology company and working with crossfunctional teams would be highly beneficial
