This role is ideal for a creative detailoriented professional with a passion for developing innovative products and driving brand growth. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Marketing 40
- Champion the brands vision ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute gotomarket strategies and marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and demand.
- Create highquality marketing materials and toolkits aligned with brand positioning.
- Manage the brands visual assets including imagery graphics and videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement innovative promotional strategies.
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitive dynamics to inform brand strategy.
- Work with the creative team to execute integrated marketing communications.
- Partner with the sales team to design and analyze trade marketing programs including promotions and instore displays.
- Conduct indepth market and competitor analysis to guide decisionmaking.
- Provide regular updates on brand and market performance using key data sources (AC Nielsen POS IRI consumer insights).
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor category trends and industry shifts to enhance brand positioning.
- Contribute to ideation and of new product innovations from concept to launch.
- Work with product development regulatory and sales teams to align offerings with market trends and consumer needs.
- Oversee packaging artwork and regulatory approvals in collaboration with designers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct postlaunch analysis to track performance and optimize future initiatives.
- Prepare and present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials mockups and presentations.
- Work closely with departments such as Sales Finance Operations and Graphics to ensure seamless of brand initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Social Sciences Psychology Sociology or Economics; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management within the CPG beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong knowledge of category trends competitive landscape and consumer behavior.
- Experience in natural wellness and conventional beauty products is a plus.
- Exceptional project management and problemsolving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results and overcome challenges.
- Understanding of retail and shopper dynamics in Canada and the US.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment (minimum 3 days per week inoffice).
