Position: Kids Club Attendant
Location: Walnut Creek Country Club
Hours: Evening Wednesday Friday 5pm 10pm (Some shifts weekends and holidays)
Job Description: Walnut Creek Country Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and engaging with 510 children in our Kids Club during evening hours. This role requires a passion for working with children and ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children aged 212 in a safe and engaging environment.
- Facilitate ageappropriate activities games and crafts.
- Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the Kids Club.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their childrens activities and behavior.
- Assist with front desk concierge duties as needed including greeting members answering phones and providing information about club services.
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable punctual and have a positive attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
