Job Description
- Cost Management: Send Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors for new parts or ECNs and estimate costs for new parts.
- Costing and price settlement of Forging and machining parts based on Zero base costing and company target.
- Manage new supplier introduction process.
- Drawing feasibility review in terms of material availability cost quality manufacturability process optimization and productivity.
- Estimating manufacturing costs for jobs with the help of quote analysis and cost comparisons.
- Hands knowledge of Sheet Metal machining Fasteners or auto componentspreferably.
