The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing fabrication team at our McKinney TX location that is involved with wafer fabrication in Thick Film processing. Duties can include setup shop orders manual tasks operating semi and automated processing equipment operating ovens using a microscope sitting and standing for prolonged period following detailed written work instructions from a computer using our Factory Operating System (FOS) create nonconformances in FOS and performing rework.
The selected candidate will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety hazardous materials quality systems and other topics.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certification or credentials may be required for some roles
Experience working in a manufacturing microelectronics aerospace and/or defense industry environment.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
Microelectronic industry experience
Screen Printing Thick Film Conductor Dielectric Paste and Absorber Paste experience
Dry Film Photolithography experience
Knowledge of 6 Sigma/ Kaizen
Experience working with a diverse array of personnel.
Strong safety focus
Positive attitude and teaming skills needed.
Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.
A successful candidate would be able to accomplish daily work tasks with a minimum of supervision.
Job duties require hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Must be able to communicate effectively multitask and be flexible with the work as needed.
Able to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established proven process and to perform inprocess inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
Effective time management skills are a must.
