Join our Womens Health team at our brandnew Specialty Clinic in Lakeville. Womens Health services in Lakeville will include integrated full spectrum of Womens Health services including Integrative Medicine Mental Health OB/GYN and Uro/Gynecology services among many more. The care team focuses on whole person care with a multidisciplinary care team to support a patient through their health journey.Key Position Details:
Job Description:
- Provides direct care for obstetrics and gynecology patients.
- Provides direct patient care to women which may include specializing in areas of general medicine the reproductive system pregnancy and childbirth.
- Provides education consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families.
- Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and wellbeing.
- Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Onsite Medical Imaging coding program offers ongoing education triage/refill nurse program and afterhours answering service.
Practice details:
- Womens Health Service line has eight labor and delivery locations; 13800 deliveries/year; 30 clinics; 53 OBGYNs; 21 OB hospitalists; 13 Clinical Nurse Midwives 11 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists 2 fetal interventionalists.
- Nursing Support programs for Rx refills triage and pap results
- After hours answering service support
- Quaternary hospital: Abbott Northwestern Lv IV NICU; Tertiary hospitals Mercy and United with level III NICUs and 6 regional hospitals
- Mentorship/learning from a group of 80 providers across our health system
- Integrative Medicine collaboration Perinatal Mental Health Consultants and Uro/Gyn APP support

Job Requirements
- MD DO or foreign equivalency training required.
- OBGYN BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
- Active nonrestricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges if applicable
- BLS Tier 3 Multisource required within 6 months of hire

Specialties will include Orthopedics Cardiovascular Oncology Infusion Plastics Dermatology Womens Health Rheumatology and Infusion Endocrinology Urgent Care and General Surgery.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $355300 to $402300 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a fulltime FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
