The role
Financial Services is one of the companys major growth enablers. Putting customers at the heart of everything we do we connect communities and empower our people to deliver exceptional commerce experiences to drive eBays longterm growth and market share.
This role is part of the Program Management office (PMO) team within Financial Services and Risk. The position is located in San Jose CA. As a Manager of Program Management you will lead a team of talented program managers and be responsible for managing sophisticated and highly crossfunctional endtoend programs across the Identity Access Managment Risk and Financial Services initiative.

Qualifications
A proven track record driving global initiatives from ideation to activation and delivering business results
Strong verbal and written communication skills including an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally; an active listener and clear communicator; seeks winwin outcomes
Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management agile and building highly successful teams in a crossfunctional environment
Experience with collaboration planning and project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence GDocs etc)
Strong process orientation and business acumen
Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management in the technology sector coordinating large crossorganizational initiatives
Proven experience leading and managing teams
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
Essential Skills Required
Senior stakeholder leadership skills across all levels of hierarchy
Ability to identify and develop operational processes to improve overall program including simplifying/automating ways of working
Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation/
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$162000 $216300Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
