Job Description

Summary:

Afterschool Teachers for the following locations:

New Renaissance Middle
Gulfstream Academy
Perry Middle
**Hours: 2:00 PM 7:00 PM (May vary based on location)
Required:
Florida Teaching Certificate (TEACH CERT) State of Florida (FL)
Bachelors Degree

Develops and leads classroom activities and developmentally appropriate programs.

Responsibilities:

Develops teaching schedule and selects or develops curriculum aids as appropriate. Updates curricula with new materials and content as appropriate.Works collaboratively with management and other teacher to assess learning/performance needs and to develop age appropriate learning solutions.Monitors progress utilizing assigned resources. Conducts evaluations and analyzes results.Applies knowledge of learning principles to develop age appropriate classroom programs and content.Supervises children and youth to ensure safety.
