Job Description
- Blueprint Interpretation: Analyzing technical drawings blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements accurately.
- Material Selection and Preparation: Choosing and preparing materials such as steel aluminum or other metals for fabrication processes.
- Cutting and Forming: Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment including saws torches shears and CNC machines to cut and shape metal components based on provided specifications.
- Welding and Integration: Joining components through welding bolting or riveting to create complete structures ensuring precision and structural soundness.
- Quality Assurance: Examining finished products for any imperfections guaranteeing compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance on tools and equipment to uphold their optimal functioning.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Following safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong welding and metalworking capabilities.
