AWC Staff Services are looking for a Wayleave Warden to join one of their clients onsite in Ipswich. You will be based onsite with expected travel around the UK.
Communication and negotiating skills are a key element for this role
Understanding of Agriculture and Grantor / land agent requirements
Able to work as part of a team
Full driving license
Reasonable understanding of civil engineering and excavation works
Appropriate Health Safety and Environmental knowledge and experience
Underground / overhead utility knowledge and experience
Knowledge of traffic management legislation
Start: 25th November 2024
Duration:12 Months FTC
Working Hours/MonFriday: 7.30 5.00PM
Rate: Up to 350 per day
