We are looking for a Founding Engineer at FITS!

FITS is building the future of luxury fashion by combining worldclass styling with cuttingedge AI. Were on a mission to transform the way people shop by creating the worlds most personalized stylistdriven fashion experience and positioning Saudi Arabia as a global leader in fashion and innovation.

This is an equityonly role to start with ideal for someone who thrives in earlystage environments and wants to make a meaningful mark on a product and company. Youll have the freedom to take ownership of technical decisions solve complex user and marketplace challenges and help create a unique fashion experience for our users.

Tasks

As part of our founding team youll have a rare opportunity to:

• Own the technical vision and build core infrastructure from the ground up
• Shape the product that will define a new category in fashiontech
• Move fast dream big and leave a legacy in one of the fastestgrowing tech and fashion ecosystems in the world
• Take the lead in building and launching FITS mobile app using Flutter creating a seamless and visually engaging experience for shoppers stylists and brands alike.
• Work closely with the founders and collaborate across product design and engineering to turn ideas into polished usercentric features that reflect our brand and mission.
• Develop clean reusable components to speed up development and ensure longterm performance and maintainability of the app.
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs or performance issues continuously improving app speed stability and user experience as we scale.
• Keep a pulse on the latest in Flutter and mobile app development bringing fresh thinking and innovative solutions to the table.
• Help shape the apps technical foundation contributing to decisions around architecture tooling and best practices as we build out our stack.
• Pitch in wherever needed whether thats techrelated or operational as part of the hustle and adaptability that comes with startup life.

Requirements

• Handson experience building mobile apps using Flutter ideally 2 years but we care more about what youve built and how you think.
• Strong grasp of Dart and confidence working with RESTful APIs thirdparty packages and various integrations.
• A solid eye for mobile UI/UX you know how to turn wireframes into intuitive responsive and beautiful experiences.
• Comfortable using version control tools like Git and familiar with tools that keep projects running smoothly (e.g. Trello Jira Notion).
• You care deeply about user experience and app performance and youre always looking for ways to improve load times responsiveness and usability.
• Startup ready: youre flexible proactive and thrive in fastmoving environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• Great communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

• Exposure to other mobile frameworks (like React Native) or a willingness to explore them when needed.
• Familiarity with backend tools like Firebase AWS or experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on marketplace products especially those that connect different user types.
• A portfolio or examples of Flutter apps youve built personal or professional.
