Job Description
Our client a wellestablished vehicle dealership based in the Southgate area of London is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected brand delivering excellent customer service and leading a highperforming sales team.
About the Role
As Sales Controller you will play a key role in maximising sales performance developing the sales team and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. You ll work closely with the General Sales Manager to achieve ambitious sales targets and maintain high standards across the department.
Requirements
- Motivate and support the sales team to exceed performance targets
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth sales processes
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in setting individual targets and conducting performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with FSA and company policies
- Promote and sell finance insurance and additional products
- Work with senior management to plan campaigns and drive profitability
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a Sales Controller or similar leadership role within a dealership
- Strong knowledge of vehicle sales processes and finance products
- Confident in leading coaching and developing a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detailoriented with strong organisational abilities
