Job Description
As a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist you ll be the vital link between our premium cleaning services and our discerning clientele. This role combines consultative sales with hightouch customer service where you ll handle qualified leads and transform them into longterm satisfied clients. You ll work with a sophisticated customer base understanding their unique needs and lifestyle preferences to provide tailored service solutions. Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into bookings through consultative selling approach
- Answer all incoming calls within 20 seconds ensuring no missed opportunities
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients through personalized communication
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to match clients with appropriate service packages
- Handle scheduling and coordination of cleaning services efficiently
- Maintain detailed client profiles including preferences and special requirements
- Process and follow up on 710 daily qualified leads
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets (minimum 1 sale target 23 sales per day)
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and service delivery team
- Maintain high standards of professionalism in all client interactions
Requirements
- 2 years of sales or highend customer service experience
- Proven track record in consultative selling or relationshipbased sales
- Excellent phone presence with clear professional communication style
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Experience working with premium or luxury services preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and scheduling software
- Available for fulltime schedule during business hours
- Background in service industry a plus
