Job Description
REPORTS TO:Director of Residential Services
Supervises: House Manager/DSPR Staff
Work Hours: 40 Hour Work Week
Qualifications:
Responsible for overall operation of CRCF resiences and compliances to federal state and local regulations. Monitors all service delivery to residents provided by residential staff and contractual services. Coordinates all services provision a per individul program plan.

Qualifications:
- Licensed as a CRCFAdministrator through the Board of Long Term Health Care Administratiors. Completes training to keep license currently annually. Completes training as required by Chesco Services. Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid CPR CPI (NonViolent Crisis Intervention). Subject to annuyal TB test. Valid drivers license from state and local regulations. Monitors all service delivery to residental provided by residential staff and contractual services. Coordinates all service provision a per individual program plan.
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field and two years experience in administration or supervision in the human services field or masters degree in human services field administration or related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience in administration or supervision.
- Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid CPR and CPI (NonViolent Crisis Intervention). Subject to annual TB test. Valid Drivers license from state of residence and ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.
