ATCO is looking for Gas Distribution Officers with some experience in the Construction Utilities and/or Energy Sector. Multiple positions are available within our Maintenance and Construction divisions at our Mandurah Jandakot & Northern depots. This role is responsible for undertaking a range of Construction and maintenance activities associated with the gas distribution network in line with ATCO Gas Australias Asset Management Plan.
What you will do
Undertake construction and maintenance activities associated with the gas distribution network in line with ATCO Gas Australias Asset Management Plan and relevant policies and procedures.
Operate machinery equipment and tools in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Ensure all activities and associated assets are recorded against correct cost centres to enable the accurate costing of all maintenance works and activities.
Undertake inspections of gas distribution assets and records and reports any integrity performance and functionality issues in accordance with company procedures.
Participate in the 24/7 On Call Roster for the Maintenance team at nominated intervals throughout the business cycle (minimum of 6 weeks per annum).
What you will bring
Current Medium Rigid (MR) licence
Certificate III in Gas Industry Operations. (Desirable)
First Aid
Western Australia Construction White Card / Blue Card.
Certificate in Excavator Operations desirable
Basic Worksite Traffic Management Certificate
