You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs our Lead Educator you will lead the operations of the service and help grow its capacity. You will guide and support your OSHC team which delivers highquality early childhood education and care to children.
You will also be wellsupported in your role. You will have access to our dedicated OSHC Director and Educational Leaders who will help you plan and implement quality playbased educational and leisure programs.
Our Before and After School Care services provide learning and leisure activities for local children taking the pressure off busy families who need additional schoolbased care giving children more time with their peers before and after school. We provide experiences that help children connect with the outdoors and nurture an understanding and love for the environment.
We understand the importance of your role and include dedicated noncontact time per week to complete your management tasks.
In addition to base salary and superannuation youll also receive17.5 leave loadingand the ability to increase your takehome pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent mortgage repayments or living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
You will have experience shaping highquality services that deliver learning and leisure experiences for children and promote the wellbeing and support of children and families who use them.
