Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Web Project Manager (Web PM) to lead and manage web projects and facilitate seamless communication between teams. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator proactive problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams including designers developers and strategists. The Web PM plays a crucial role in team motivation project and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.

What Youll Do
- Monitor the progress of all active web projects conducting daily followups facilitating meetings creating project cards and tracking status updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
- Conduct firstphase QA for all project tasks before passing them to the design team for further review.
- Ensure the backend logic structure and frontend display align with project requirements.
- Follow up on clientside QA feedback to ensure necessary adjustments are made.
- Maintain close communication with clientfacing team members to request necessary assets and ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across teams acting as the bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Oversee the uploading of all website copy verifying backend functionality and ensuring a seamless user interface.
- Manage data migrations organizing spreadsheets and executing transfers as needed.
- Prepare for website launches conducting performance checks and following predefined checklists.
- Assist team members in prioritizing tasks helping them organize workloads based on project urgency and deadlines.
- Maintain a highlevel perspective across all projects to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Reassign team members as necessary to meet deadlines and ensure smooth project .

Hybrid Role (Bilbao Office)
- This position is hybrid for the first 90 days requiring inperson presence up to 12 days per week to support effective onboarding and relationshipbuilding.
- After this initial period the role will transition to 100 remote aligning with Terras fully remote work culture. This approach ensures a smooth start while fostering collaboration and integration into our team.
