Job Description

Plumlogix is a Salesforce partner providing managed services and customization to existing users.


We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with experience with customers in the United States. The candidate(s) will have an entrepreneurial spirit a proven track record of sales excellence the ability to meet/exceed quotas and take the business to the next level. We need someone that can be very handson and do whatever it takes to succeed. We are seeking a strategic thinker with the ability to create longterm sales plans and execute them for our prospects.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 34 years of experience selling solutions or services at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem (SaaS) (e.g. System Integrators).


Job Duties:

  • Responsible for building sales pipeline in the defined territory
  • Meet/Exceed quarterly quota targets
  • Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources all the way through closing the deal
  • Manage and follow up on qualified leads
  • Execute Plumlogixs sales methodology
  • Update and track all activities in Salesforce


Job Qualification:

  • Experience selling solutions or professional services in the Salesforce ecosystem and sales experience.
  • Experience selling for major SaaS software vendors (e.g. Salesforce Workday ServiceNow) or competing against them in complex selling situations while selling for smaller startups
  • Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry
  • Successful selling experience in professional services sales for implementation of salesforce and mulesoft applications
  • Record of sustained and significant quota overachievement
  • Experience working in a teamoriented and collaborative environment
  • Engage with a consultative sales approach
  • Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
  • Solid work ethic with a can do roll up sleeves to figure it out attitude
  • Ability to leverage a supporting team of Sales Engineers Lead Generation and Marketing
