Salt Web Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager.

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager who will serve as a Scrum Master leading Agile projects and ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. As an Associate Project Manager you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile projects acting as the Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
- Create and maintain project documentation including project plans user stories and sprint backlogs
- Manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between crossfunctional teams
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks specifically Scrum
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience using project management tools and software
- Detailoriented and highly organized
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
