DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Arrange domestic and international travel including itineraries flights accommodations and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports in a timely manner ensuring compliance with the firm policies.
- Assist in organizing client meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with other assistants and support staff to ensure seamless team operations.
- Monday through Friday in office
- Hours are from 95 overtime eligible
Required Background/Skills:
- 2 plus years of administrative experience preferably in Investment Banking or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $65000 $80000
