Job Description
Qualifications/Requirements:
Full stack Java developer with experience with contact center application development to include skills and routing expertise to include configuration design and agent states
Ideal candidates will have previously demonstrated development experience in omni channel application build experience in J2EE with Angular technology and understand frameworks with one or more of the following technologies preferred: Angular CLI Angular Type Script Ngx Bootstrap Ngrx RxJS HTML 5 CSS SASS SCSS
Candidates familiar with cloud telephony platforms preferred with application development expertise preferred in Genesys Avaya or Nice
Preferred candidate will have indepth understanding of restful API and cloud technology
Ability to work in an agile environment
Familiarity/exposure to these preferred: Node JS Data serialization languages (JSON/YAML) Tomcat Relational Database Management Systems (MySQL) and RESTful API development
