Job Description
The Business Development position is a clientfacing role focused on developing business relationships and setting inspection appointments for Project Managers. Individuals in this position work closely with our Commercial and Residential project managers by assisting in the coordination of complimentary inspections within specific assigned territories. They may also assist with infield sales and inspections.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting appointments for free inspections with potential customers in storm impacted areas
- Maintain consistent transparent communication with your potential client base within specific territories.
- Following up with previous and/or potential customers to set inspections
- Continue to grow your book of business through B2B relationships
- Provide detailed notes and data from client conversations
- Roofing Industry experience is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accountable selfstarter with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent work ethic
- Excellent communication in person and on the phone
- Great time management skills
- Capable of thriving in fastpaced teamoriented environment
- Approachable friendly demeanor with outing presence
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Sales canvassing and/or customer service experience
