We are looking for a Director of Program Developmentwho demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community.
Schedule Hours:Monday through Friday daytime hours 40 hours
What you will be doing
The Director of Program Development is responsible for the evaluation development and implementation of engaging programs and services for individuals with ID/DD who participate in Community Day ServicesOnSite 31U) Community Day ServicesOffSite 31C) AtHome Day Program 37U) and Individualized Day Programming with Enhanced Support. This position works closely with Managers Directors and the Educational Specialist to ensure day programming incorporates continuity and quality outcomes for all clients served. The Director will set a standard of excellence by supporting all day programs in a clientcentered handson manner and make recommendations consistent with AIDs overall mission and goals.

Education:Bachelors Degree in Education or Human Services Field
License/Certifications:QIDP Certification Education Background Preferred Autism Certification/Experience Preferred
Experience:35 years of working with individuals with ID/DD Supervisory Experience Preferred
