Quantity Surveyor
Location:Sydney Work on Australias Largest Retail/Commercial Property Portfolio
Employment Type:FullTime Permanent
Salary:$90000 $110000 Superannuation

What Youll Be Doing
Pre and postcontract cost managementfor largeretail and commercial projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
Prepare cost estimates feasibility studies and detailed cost plansthat arerock solid.
Leadprocurement and tendering includingprequalificationtender analysis andcontract administration.
Produce monthly cost reportsand present them directly toclients and senior stakeholders.
Interfacewith project teams contractors and consultants at all stages of the project.
What Youll Need
Degreequalifiedas a minimum.
QS consultancy backgroundwith experience working onretail commercial or largescale real estate portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen You know how tomanage riskanddrive valuefor clients.
Proficiency inCostXor similarcost management software.
AIQS or MRICS accreditation(highly regarded but not essential).
