Job Description

Our client a top player in South Africas construction and infrastructure sector is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. With over 15 years of experience in the field and a strong leadership background youll be instrumental in ensuring the success of major projects across the region. If youre a seasoned professional ready to lead highimpact projects and work with an industry leader this is the perfect role for you!
Requirements:
- BSc/BTech Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 8 years in a management role.
- Professionally registered with the SACPCMP as a PrCPM/PrCM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership while promoting HSE compliance in the workplace.
- Take complete responsibility and accountability for the overall quality compliance of all projects under your control
- Drive short and longterm planning and programming and oversee optimal document management and business reporting.
- Plan monitor and manage project costs ensuring effective optimisation of financial performance
- Manage Stakeholders and protect reputation risks through ethical contracting and relationship practices.
- Leadership and people management.
