This is a Zonal Sales/ Regional Sales Head managing across region assigned to him/her in India for Meril Endo Surgery product portfolio.
What WillYou Do
- This position develops and implements Regional/Zone sales plan to enhance business by successfully leading a team to achieveset target increase market share percentage through direct sales along witheffective collaboration with dealers surgeons and distributors
- Work towards regional/ Zone profitabilitythrough close monitoring of gross margin relative index.
- Successfully partner with internal teams likeKAM and marketing team to achieve set targets.
- Implements and executes the launch strategiesdeveloped by the Sales and Marketing organization.
- Completes a thorough analysis of theterritory. Generates and followup on sales leads.
- Build strong business relationships with keyindustry players whilst achieving sales goals and growth across allocatedterritories
- Provide solutions for customers and add valueto the sales process through negotiations resulting in winning business/ordersand positive customer experience
- Identify competitive issues/opportunities andprovide credible market and customer feedback
- Devise and implement sales strategy dealermanagement strategy development plan sales forecasts to ensure yearlyobjectives are met
- Plan prepare and follow up sales forecastsand budgets
- Lead the sales team and assist with therecruitment and training of team members
- Process optimization with regards tobilling/invoices creditors shipments dealers etc.
- Implement Inventory control measures to reduceobsolete stocks; keep tab on slowmoving items & achieve reduction ininventory management cost
- Ensure schedule & compliance adherence tovarious laid out processes & take action in cases of lapses by teammembers.

Requirements
Desired Profile
- Education: Degree holder in medical or salesor related area. Preferred MBA from a good institute.
- Experience: At least 1318 years sales &marketing experience in healthcare (preferred Medical capital) with minimum 45years of people manager experience.
