SUMMARY
The Internal Communications Video & Graphic Design Specialist produces highquality engaging video and visual content that informs inspires and aligns employees across MasterControl. This role blends creativity with strategy helping to shape corporate culture through compelling storytelling and design.
The ideal candidate is an experienced video creator and graphic designer with a keen eye for pop culture trends and a portfolio of visually striking highimpact content. They understand that internal communications channels should be dynamic not just a comtent repository and see the intranet as a powerful tool for engagement rather than a static information hub.
This role is responsible for expanding and enhancing our internal video and visual content strategy. On a daily basis they will manage and create multimedia content maintain the visual design of our intranet and develop a steady drumbeat of engaging materials for company meetings department communications and occasionally social media.
A key member of our closeknit communications team this person will also contribute to various communications initiatives including operating A/V equipment in our inhouse production studio and supporting major company events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create compelling video content that enhances internal messaging reinforces company priorities and engages employees worldwide.
- Design visually impactful assets including PowerPoint presentations posters emails Slack posts intranet content social media graphics and more.
- Manage and maintain the visual identity of the company intranet ensuring consistency useability and engagement across departments.
- Develop and oversee a content calendar ensuring a steady flow of relevant highquality content while meeting tight deadlines and short deliverable timelines.
- Write and develop messaging for key internal communications including company strategy priorities and major announcements.
- Collaborate closely with the communications team to support company events internal campaigns corporate culture initiatives and generally filling in where needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- 35 years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of creative highimpact work.
- Proven expertise in video creation that drives audience engagement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align multimedia content with organizational goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple short and longterm projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality work.
- Optional experience managing internal communications platforms and familiarity with Ux useability and information architecture best practices.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing in person over the telephone and in email
- Ability to travel when required

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $75000 $85000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
