Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service (CS) Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting with inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith customers using various communication channels including phone callsemails live chat and social media platforms
  • Utilize CRM software and tools to createmonitor and document all customers interactions and profiles
  • Understand customers needspreferences and pain points to provide personalized assistance and support
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiriesand complaints aiming to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicleinspections for customers who wish to sell their cars through the platform
  • Gather and analyze customer feedbackidentifying trends recurring issues and areas for improvement
  • Share customer insights andsuggestions contributing to the enhancement of the platform and customerexperience
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto implement customercentric improvements and optimize the overall servicequality


Requirements:

  • 2 5 years ofexperience in the customer service customer care CRM sales support or arelated field
  • Familiarity withthe automotive market is advantageous
  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency inusing CRM software customer support platforms social media moderation andother digital tools
  • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills to address customer issues and find suitablesolutions
  • Effectiveprioritization and time management skills to handle multiple customer requestsand meet deadlines
  • A team player whocan collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as sales operations andtechnical support to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Very Good EnglishLanguage Skills Spoken and Written
