- New employee orientation and current employee training.
- Monitor employee performance.
- Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Monitor the health and safety of all employees.
- Implement systematic employee development processes.
- Provides advice on policies and procedures.
- Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits management. Talk to employees about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate employee information is stored in electronic and digital formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of human resources.
- Additional payroll training/certification may be beneficial.
- Labor Relations Certification may be beneficial.
- Experience as a skills development facilitator could be an advantage.
- Ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and settlement.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Protect the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
