Introduction
Group Operational Manager Healthcare
Location: Pretoria Gauteng.
Position Overview:
A remarkable healthcare institution in Pretoria is seeking to appoint a Group Operational Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Group Operational Manager will be responsible for scanning and interpreting macro and microenvironments to implement and drive strategies that will capitalize on opportunities and mitigate potential risks to the business. One will also be responsible for building and enhancing the relationships with existing medical doctors and liaising with a complex network of stakeholders to ensure business growth and business unit sustainability.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall general nonclinical management of the institution. The Group Operational Manager will be responsible for coordinating improved quality exco management by ensuring compliance to professional and ethical practice. In accordance the incumbent will be accountable for coordinating capacity building mentoring and training financial and facility management including cost effective quality services.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Key Requirements to be liable for consideration:
- A Postgraduate Degree in Business Management.
- A relevant Financial qualification or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications is essential.
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
- A minimum 5 years experience in a Senior Managerial position in a Private Hospital Environment and/or ServiceRelated Environment
