Job Description
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Villanova University has an opening for a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor position. This is a oneyear appointment for theacademic year beginning in August 2023. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering primarily in the area of design. Duties And Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in design laboratory classes and advising senior design project teams. The successful candidate will teach 12 contact hours per semester.
Minimum Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or closely aligned discipline is required (must be completed at the time of hire). The applicant must demonstrate a dedication to teaching excellence.
