ABOUT THE ROLE
Teikametrics is transforming the future of eCommerce with our AIpowered MultiMarketplace Optimization Platform helping brands maximize sales across Amazon Walmart and TikTok.Teikametrics is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to help grow build and manage our most strategic relationships with key partners. Youll serve as a trusted advisor ensuring mutual success through deep collaboration joint planning and shared goals. This is a highly crossfunctional role requiring close coordination with sales marketing product and customer success teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow a portfolio of highimpact partners developing joint strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build strong trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead strategic planning sessions with partners to define objectives KPIs and comarketing/coselling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align gotomarket activities enablement efforts and product integrations.
- Track analyze and report on partner performance to ensure mutual success and continuous optimization.
- Act as an internal advocate for partners ensuring their needs are represented across the organization.
- Manage contract negotiations renewals and performance reviews in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of experience in partner management or business development ideally in a fastpaced tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner relationships that drive measurable business results.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align partner objectives with company goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Highly organized with a bias for action and a knack for problemsolving.
- Passion for partnerships and a collaborative teamfirst mindset.
