Job Description

Position Summary
The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Villanova University has an opening for a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor position. This is a oneyear appointment for theacademic year. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Chemical Engineering including the Unit Operations Lab and core courses. Opportunity also exists to continue research with existing research facilities. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian order. Duties And Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include teaching the undergraduate Unit Operations laboratory and core Chemical Engineering classes. The successful candidate will teach 12 contact hours per semester.

Minimum Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely aligned discipline is required (must be completed at the time of hire). The applicant must demonstrate a dedication to teaching excellence.
