Position: Prep/Staff Chef
Employment Type: Fulltime permanent 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep/Staff Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their culinary skills and contribute to our renowned dining service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes for our la carte and event menus.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with health regulations.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment ideally in a similar role.
A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
