Job Description Summary
The Office Assistant (OA) position will assist with office work of any kind including but not limited to scheduling appointments internet research phone coverage scanning reception mailings filing data entry etc. General Duties & Responsibilities include: Greet and direct students/visitors Answer phones and direct calls Check OA Mailbox for possible projects Work on projects as assigned Check that printer has all necessary supplies Clean and organize Resource Room Distribute mail or flyers to RAs/staff per instructions Other duties as assigned
