Position Details:
Child Mind Institute is looking for someone to join our team as a Senior Staff Associate for our clinical program. You will support a team of clinicians and the administrative functioning and development of the clinical program. You will promote communication between our clinicians and their patients and families.
Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager this is an nonexempt fulltime fully onsite 5 days per week) position located in our NYC headquarters office.
You Will:
Provide an outstanding patient experience for families receiving care at Child Mind Institute..
Manage clinicians calendars ensuring efficiency of clinical time and schedule appointments in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Facilitate the flow of phone and email communication between clinicians and patients.
Collect initial patient information perform intakes and coordinate services.
Check in patient appointments and process daily billing through the EMR system.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
Follow HIPAA guidelines and strictly protect personal health information.
Onboard and train new Staff Associates.
Participate in regular operations meetings focused on standardizing processes and policies training and overall team building.
Lead regular staff meetings fostering a strong team environment and high staff morale.
You Have:
Bachelors degree
At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidates work experience education/training jobrelated skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
