LUXURY DAY SPA SUPERVISOR: THE WOODHOUSE DAY SPA Orange Village Ohio.

We chose The Woodhouse Day Spa because it is the leader in creating affordable luxury experiences across the United States. We believe everyone needs a place to RELAX and unplug for a few hours. At Woodhouse we specialize in more than 70 unique treatments to allow for the ultimate in selfcare.
Woodhouse is unique in the Orange Village market because we concentrate on delivering exceptional spa services in a oneofakind environment that will REFRESH our visitors inside and out. Clients come in to forget about the outside world and RENEW their spiritsand its our goal to always deliver. If it isnt perfect it is free!
Our spa opened in November of 2018 and we need a spa supervisor to run our front desk like a welloiled machine. Thats where you come in. If you enjoy a fun atmosphere while providing gotheextramile service and support please keep reading.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Responsible for closing and locking up the building. Follows day end guidelines. prepares spa for next days business and ensures the security of premises
- Leads front desk staff and professional licensed providers as needed. Ensures proper protocols are being followed answers all questions communicates with all employees and recognizes all staff for outstanding performance.
- Handles all guests with professionalism. Ensures that we always give Above and Beyond Service and communicates opportunities to improve guest experiences.
- Greet our guests and answer phones with a smile collect payments give service recommendations provide superior personal attention and overall be a pleasant welcoming presence.
- Familiarize our guests with the Woodhouse Experience and provide a facility tour to introduce them to the locker room and amenities that will help them have a seamless experience.
- Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to our guests.
- Educate our guests on our signature product lines to continue their spa regimen at home.
- Provide service beyond expectations ensuring each guest has an exceptional and consistent experience. And ultimately ensure return visits and guest retention.
- Exceed sales quotas by providing gift card and retail recommendations.
- Conduct neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
- Act as a brand ambassador making sure our guests enter a clean safe space with just the right lighting music and aromas that will create a memorable visit.
- Assist in other tasks associated with guest satisfaction. That means a willingness to do any and every task that will provide a phenomenal guest experience and help make our business a success.
Skills and Qualifications You Need:
- Administrative organizational communications and troubleshooting skills.
- Capacity to respond and listen effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
- Competency to use our software systems and tools to maximize spa performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time including answering the phone in under 7 seconds every time.
- An astute attention for detail always ensuring the spa is tidy and all staff have instructions and guidance for the day.
- An understanding that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfactionand that small details are what make The Woodhouse special whether its a guests favorites beverage a warm inviting neck wrap or personal details for birthdays and anniversaries. Our goal is to Surprise and Delight our guests.
- Willingness to enjoy frequent free massages mani/pedis and facials to understand the benefits of treatment options and communicate our goals to RELAX REFRESH RENEW.
Physical Demands:
- This position requires an employee to stand for long periods of time and work on a computer/phone continuously.
Job Type:
Full time. Requires the availability to work weekends and evenings.
Being a luxury day spa many of our guests come to the spa on Friday Saturday and Sunday. This position requires weekend work and will typically close the building around 8:30 PM. Prior supervisory skills a must competitive pay package.
