Position Overview
The Stocker Repack is an hourly role that stocks items into the Aframe automated pick system. Associates will be expected to have ownership of a section of the machine where they will be expected to ensure stock levels do not drop below an acceptable level noted through Green Yellow and Red lights. The Stocker Repack will be expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the day.Job Description
Description
- Efficiently open cases of products and place them onto designated channels for the AFrame machine
- Ensure that all products are properly aligned and positioned for optimal picking by the AFrame system
- Monitor stock levels and replenish channels as needed to maintain continuous operation of the AFrame machine
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize stock placement and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any damage or discrepancies and report them to supervisors
- Follow standard operating procedures for handling and placement of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse 50F to 90F)
Skills
- Specialized Knowledge : Ability to read write and speak proficiently; Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Special Skills : Compliance with all company policies and procedures; Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks related to the AFrame machine
- Physical abilities: : Ability to lift up to 60lbs; Ability to work in a variety of temperatures
- Other: : Ability to present self in a courteous polite and professional manner; Drive motivation and passion for providing excellent customer service; High standard of integrity and reliability
