We are looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build and lead a highperforming Sales Development team that consistently delivers a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. As a playercoach you will balance handson prospecting with strategic leadership developing a bestinclass SDR function. You will implement proven processes leverage cuttingedge sales technologies (including GenAI) and collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline generation. Responsibilities
Build & Lead an SDR Team Recruit train and develop a team of 35 SDRs to exceed NBM and SQO quotas.
Drive Pipeline Growth Implement multichannel outreach strategies and optimize messaging to improve lead conversion.
Optimize SDR Operations Establish best practices for lead routing tracking and reporting in Salesforce Outreach and HubSpot.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Work crossfunctionally to align messaging and ensure a seamless leadtoopportunity process.
Leverage Data & Technology Use analytics and automation (including GenAI) to refine prospecting strategies and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an SDR Manager
Deep understanding of modern sales development techniques including multichannel prospecting.
Strong ability to coach mentor and develop SDR talent.
Expertise in sales analytics pipeline tracking and datadriven decisionmaking.
Experience working with technical buyers (ML engineers data scientists tech leaders) and communicating complex solutions effectively.
$149000 $201000 a year
The estimated US base salary range for this position is$104300 $140700annually for employees based within California & New York. This role is eligible to participate in Tectons Commission Plan and the estimated total ontarget annual earnings is$149900 $201000 OTEwe offer competitive equity & comprehensive benefits such as medical dental vision life 401(K) flexible paid time off 10 paid holidays each calendar year sick time leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws. Individual compensation packages are based on multiple factors such as location level role scope and complexity as well as additional jobrelated factors such as skills experience and expertise.
San Francisco / New York City: This role will need to be in the office for inperson collaboration 23 times per week.
