At Iris Family Support Center were on a mission to strengthen family foundations across Northern Indiana. The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Regions 1 2 and 3 providing vital training supervision direction and program implementation to our team of clinicians. These clinicians deliver a range of services rooted in evidencebased models to children and families at risk or impacted by child abuse and neglect. Our services encompass both prevention and intervention emphasizing effective strategies to address complex needs. In this leadership role the Clinical Manager ensures program effectiveness compliance with accreditation standards court orders and regulatory requirements such as those from insurance/Medicaid and the Department of Child Services. Essential to this role is proficiency in various evidencebased practices including but not limited to Family Centered Treatment TraumaFocused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Nurturing Parenting Parent Coordination Domestic Violence Services Motivational Interviewing and best practices in family reunification. Essential Functions - Provide comprehensive oversight of clinicians to ensure the consistent delivery of highquality services to children and families on a daytoday basis.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to manage caseload capacities effectively aligning with budgetary expectations and organizational priorities.
- Spearhead the implementation of robust tracking and monitoring systems to uphold program service standards evidencebased models accreditation requirements and agency performance quality improvement initiatives optimizing intervention programs.
- Actively engage in supporting staff through evaluations development initiatives training programs onboarding processes certifications/licensing procedures and outcome evaluations.
- Ensure the provision of effective case supervision overseeing compliance from initial assessments through treatment planning to goal achievement.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the organization.

Physical Demands/Expected Hours of Work - Requires flexibility in schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work under stress and manage volatile situations.
- Involves lifting files opening filing cabinets and occasional bending or stooping.
- May need to lift office supplies materials or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Requires driving and access to reliable transportation.
- Some flexibility in hours permitted; employee must maintain fulltime status with 40 hours per week.
Required Education - Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related human service field.
- Possess Clinical Licensure in the State of Indiana: LMHC LMFT or LCSW
