Job Description

Position Overview
As an Account Manager at Terrayn youll be the trusted partner for our dispensary clients helping them grow their businesses through creative and datadriven digital marketing strategies. Youll oversee the entire client experience from understanding their needs to ensuring their campaigns hit the mark. Compensation Structure: Base Salary $52000 $65000 Monthly Bonus Plan
This position can be remote in all states (excludingMA and CA).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships with dispensary operators ensuring theyre getting the most out of their digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies that drive sales and growth (were talking SEO SEM email marketing social and more!.
  • Be the voice of the client and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver the best possible results.
  • Stay on top of cannabis industry trends and regulations to make sure all campaigns are compliant and innovative.
  • Report and analyze campaign performance using data to continuously optimize and improve results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clientsalways available to answer questions provide insights and offer creative solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects keeping clients happy and campaigns on track.
  • Bring your knowledge of the cannabis industry to the table to advise and guide clients toward smarter marketing strategies.
  • Help clients grow their business and become their goto marketing expert.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who Were Looking For:

  • 24 years of experience in an Account Manager or clientfacing role (bonus if its in the cannabis industry).
  • Previous experience working with dispensaries or cannabisrelated businesses is a plus!
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing including SEO SEM and social media.
  • Familiarity with standard performance metrics in digital marketing (impressions clicks clickthroughrate conversions etc. and reporting formats in various digital channels.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Analytical mindsetable to track measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Must be very organized punctual and detailoriented
  • A passion for the cannabis industry and staying on top of trends and regulations.
