RPO Recruitments Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape. This position is Accounts Receivable Manager you will have extensive experience in collections cash applications and managing large teams 2030 staff members). This role requires strategic thinking the ability to develop and implement effective AR processes and excellent communication skills to liaise with country Managing Directors (MDs) on key financial matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- German speaking (highly advantageous)
- Proven experience 5 years) in accounts receivable management preferably in an international organization
- Experience managing a team of 2030 people
- Experience working in an SSC/GBS environment
- Strong understanding of collections cash applications and financial reporting.
- Ability to think strategically and implement process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with senior executives such as country MDs
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
