Job Overview:


The Inside Sales Representative is a fulltime position located in Surat suitable for freshers eager to embark on a sales career within the coal solar yarn and logistics industries.

As a Jr. Executive in Coal Trading your primary role is to buy and sell coal products ensuring competitive pricing and maintaining profit margins. You will also be responsible for data management and communication within the company. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling customer inquiries generating leads and closing deals. Strong communication and negotiation skills along with fluency in Telugu and Tamil are mandatory. The candidate will interact with a diverse clientele providing topnotch service and support under the guidance of senior sales professionals.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.

  • Monitor and adjust prices in response to market fluctuations.

  • Engage with potential clients via phone and email to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Manage inquiries with efficiency ensuring that the customer receives comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Utilize lead generation techniques to expand the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth within the assigned sector.
  • Execute sales strategies by employing effective closing techniques to convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify potential improvements in the sales process and customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions sales conversions and clients preferences for future reference.
