Job Description
The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonal Pool Bartenders to create a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for guests by preparing and serving beverages with precision and professionalism. This position demands a strong understanding of drink recipes responsible alcohol service and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced seasonal environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests and cocktail servers.
- Follow all alcohol safety standards including checking identification and preventing overservice.
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Ensure highquality beverages are served according to standardized recipes.
- Process financial transactions and handle guest payments.
- Stock bar supplies for the next shift.
- Clean wash and stock glassware and bar supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness standards for the bar station and shared areas.
- Promote a fun friendly and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to obtain a stateissued alcoholic beverage license.
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods bend and kneel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in climatecontrolled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
