Assigner et grer lassurance qualit ou le contrle qualit des bases de donnes et instruire le personnel sur les modifications et corrections
Rviser les RFIs les demandes de modification et autres demandes des clients et des entrepreneurs
Recommander des rponses aux RFIs et des mises jour des contrles immobiliers lies aux addenda et amendements contractuels
Garantir la documentation de lacquisition immobilire en soutien aux ngociations
Amliorer la stratgie dacquisition immobilire pour les projets assigns
Assister et superviser les runions de projet et soutenir le prsident de la runion
Ngocier et soutenir les ngociations pour les droits immobiliers y compris les chantillons de frais les servitudes temporaires et permanentes les licences et les rglements dexpropriation sans supervision
Interagir avec le client sur le dveloppement de la Table des terrains et coordonner lentre des plans immobiliers des dtails de titre et des dates de livraison

Manage the acquisition of all types of property requirements
Review property requirements to ensure conformity with scope policy and applicable legal principles of land ownership and transactions
Assess project design drawings to ensure property acquisition strategy aligns with design and scope
Collaborate with design and engineering to identify property requirements and related challenges and risks and propose mitigation strategies
Consult with members of the project team including design engineering utilities geotechnical investigations rail systems environmental compliance architecture landscape architecture and others
Prepare reports presentations letters and draft agreements
Analyze project control tools such as spreadsheets databases etc.
Contribute to the preparation of financial modeling and inclusive property budget including the analysis of project property and expropriation cost estimates and potential propertyrelated claims and feasibility
Draft and contribute to the development of propertyrelated sections and schedules to Project Agreements (PA)
Establish and implement project and property control monitoring frameworksand requirements
Assign and manage Quality Assurance or Quality Control of databasesand instruct staff on modifications and corrections
Revise RFIs Change Requests and other client and contractor inquiries
Recommend responsesto RFIs and property controls updates related to contract addenda and amendments
Ensure the documentation of Property Acquisition in support of negotiations
Enhance the Property Acquisition strategy for assigned projects
Attend and supervise project meetings and support the meeting chair
Negotiate and support negotiations for property rights including fee samples temporary and permanent easements licenses and expropriation settlementswith no supervision
Interface with the client on the development of Lands Table and coordinate the input of property plates title details and delivery dates
