Role: Financial Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports executive dashboards report a range of operational and financial metrics to track performance.
- Ability to optimize compress and consolidate multidimensional base data provided by finance HR operations team and generate insightful reports analytics and metrics.
- Analyze monthly performance data and identify business reasons for the shortfall in performance.
- Compare benchmark operational and financial metrics identify leaders and laggards.
- Monitor pipeline data for data sanctity and ensure pipeline information is accurate and up to date. Analyze and report periodically to vertical leaders on average time to close the deal ageing analysis dormant opportunities opportunities with incorrect data and other sales performance metrics including book to bill ratio sales coverage.
- Track and report periodic movement in pipeline and support in monthly forecasting exercise.
- Be a Liaison between business and finance and be the first point of contact for business in addressing their queries.
- Perform adhoc analysis and financial modeling.
- Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow with business leaders on actionable items for improving operational and financial metrics
Requirements
- MBA Finance / CA / CWA with 2 5 years of experience in financial reporting budgeting forecasting financial modeling contract review
- Prior financial reporting experience in a Tier 1 IT service provider
- Proficient in MS Excel Power BI
- Exceptional written and oral skills prior experience in directly managing analytics requirement of senior leadership.
- Shift timings: EST shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
